Betara, SMA Negeri 1 Betara ( 18/08/2018) merayakan Hari Ulang Tahun ke-16 yang diselenggarakan di halaman sekolah berlangsung meriah. Selain panduan suara yang dimainkan oleh siswa, panitia juga melakukan pemotongan tumpeng, Turut hadir komite dan pendiri sma yang memberikan motivasi untuk civitas.
Berbagai perlombaan untuk memeriahkan acara memeriahkan (red ) diadakan perlombaan yang diikuti oleh setiap kelas, dan juga ada yang menampilkan atraksi, band, karaoke dan lain-lain.
Plt. Kepala SMA Negeri 1 Betara, Nur Ainun, S.Pd.I, M.M menjelaskan, dengan pelaksanaan Peringatan HUT ke-16 yang diselenggarakan dapat membangkit rasa nasionalisme dan kecintaan terhadap almamater SMAN 1 Betara, berharap agar SMANSA Betara dapat terus berkembang menjadi sekolah yang lebih baik, ujarnya.
Selain itu, tak sempurnalah seseorang membalas jasa gurunya, bilamana ia terus menerus bertahan sebagai muridnya saja. “ tidak cukup hanya di sampai di SMA Negeri 1 Betara untuk meraih prestasi” Ujar salah seorang guru SMA Negeri 1 Betara.
